About Us

Knowledgeable. Experienced. Passionate.

Managing Partner

Hi there! I'm Chavonne Trevillion and I was born and raised in Cambridge, MA. My mother, however, is a native North Carolinian so my family and I visited NC often. In fact, I have relatives on both sides that live here in Charlotte, NC, so it was no surprise when I chose to pursue my undergraduate degree in NC, and ultimately make the Tar Heel State my home. I, however, still serve MA clients regularly.

I have always been outgoing, passionate and naturally curious. I vividly remember my initial exposure to the probate process - I was 12. My parents were appointed co-executors of a complex estate. Throughout my adolescence and adulthood I witnessed the results of great estate planning, but also the turmoil of a relative neglecting to properly "organize their affairs". Without judgement or oversharing, I can attest to the major implications of proper and improper estate planning. This is why I designed my law school curriculum with a focus on real estate and estate planning.

I am privy to the legal, emotional and financial implications of estate planning and administration. I am grateful to  have a career where I can use my interpersonal and problem solving skills while educating clients on the ways to protect themselves, their families and, potentially, their legacies for years to come.

This business is personal.
